It's best to fly into BWI Airport but it is also possible to fly into Dulles Airport.

BY AMTRAK TRAIN
You can take the train from Penn Staion NYC to Penn Station Baltimore. If booked far in advanced the tickets can be as low as $30 each way but they do go up in price dramatically the longer you wait!
BY BUS
The Flix bus has departures from NYC's Chinatown and midtown many times a day. This takes approximately 3.5-4 hours
BY CAR
Smooth sailing down the New Jersey turnpike. This should take 3.5 hours if you never stop - but likely around 4.
